Living in Stockholm, Sweden with my husband Micke and our daughter Maya.
Absolutley love to travel! Fell in love with Thailand a couple years ago and have frequently visited the country since then.

Try to travel atleast 3 time a year. During winter we normally take alonger trip (a month) somewhere nice and sunny, spring is perfect for visiting a interesting city in europe and during our summer holiday if the weather is bad back home we try to get away for a week somewhere down southern europe.

Been to Chaweng before, even tho it was in central Chaweng and that has put us off totally. chaweng is nice im sure..but the prices are overrated i think.. Bo Phut and Bang poh are two different beaches am i right? Anyways, we are going to rent a car so we can visit different places this time. Maybe we´ll stop at Bang Poh .. :-)

Chaweng are not to busy for a 4 year old kid if you choose the right place tp stay! I can recommend you to take a look at The Fair House Beach Resort in Chaweng Noi. We stayed in a Deluxe garden wing-room with our 2,3 year old son and had a mavelous vaccation there. We have decided to take a late flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui and stay on Bo Bhut beach..Chaweng is just too busy for us travelling with a 4 y old. Going to stay in Bangkok on the way home instead. Been to Thailand 5 times and we are staring to feel at home the minute we get there,

I recommend you to stay some days in Bangkok. It is a fascinating city. I guess it has changed a lot since I was there but I think that you miss something if you don´t stay and look aorund....
