"Fistik karsi alerjim var" - For all food-allergics!

With a son who are allergic to peanuts I can tell there have been moments of fear and some difficult with explaining the problem in other languages.

Until now we have asked the hotel-staff to write a note to us, to show on restaurants and so on, but now I have found a sight with a food-lexicon in 25 languages (Europe) and the text "I´m allergic to" in current interest. Now we can print out the text from home before we travel!

Example: "I´m allergic to peanuts" :

Spanish: Soy allergico contra cacahuetes

Italian: Io sono allergico a arachidi

Turkish: Fistik karsi alerjim var

France: Je suis allergique a arachides

German: Ich habe eine allergie gegen erdnuss

Finnish: Minulla on maapähkinä allergia

This is really great to get tip like this, lots of people are allergic and I think that if you are alleric to different kinds of nuts, you can really get in trouble if you can´t speak the language in the country where you spend your holiday.
