I guess when you live there it´s different then when on vacation.

My son says: When I am ready with my work here I will never come back.... (He thinks it is so dirty!) Though, he really like to have got the possibility to go there.

I recommend you to stay some days in Bangkok. It is a fascinating city. I guess it has changed a lot since I was there but I think that you miss something if you don´t stay and look aorund....

Yes, Thailand is a really nice country to visit. I lived there for seven months 12 years ago. I guess a lot of things have changed.....
